We open at noon on the first and third Wednesday of the month.
- Thursday: Noon to 5PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 5PM
The last patient appointment of the day is at 4:15 PM.
Health insurances accepted: Medicare (and secondaries such as Tricare, AARP, Plan 65 etc), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Tufts
If we do not accept your insurance, payment is expected at the time of the visit.
Copayments are required at the time of service.
Cosmetic treatments are generally not covered by health insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service.
